Fenix Hair Co. requires a 72 hour notice for all appointments that are 3 hours or longer. If notice is given within the 72 hours, a 50% charge that will act as a deposit and will be applied to your next rescheduled service will occur. For any appointments under 3 hours, a 48 hour notice is required. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled and falls within the 48 hours, a 50% charge that will act as a deposit and be applied towards your next rescheduled service will occur. For any and all appointments that receive 24 hour notice or less will incur a 50% flat rate fee which will not be applied towards future services. (Some exemptions may apply and may vary by stylist) This is to ensure and protect our stylists time, value and energy as this is their career. For any appointments that a stylist or the salon have to reschedule within any 72 hour notice, a complimentary deep conditioner will be added towards your next rescheduled service.
